Job Overview As a Pro Sales Associate at Behr, you will work in a Home Depot store as a sales specialist focused on professional painting contractors. You will build and maintain relationships with contractors, assist with paint selections, mixing, and tool collection, and collaborate with Behr’s outside sales representatives and Home Depot staff to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities An outgoing personality that initiates conversations with contractors and follows up on their needs. Work closely with outside sales reps and the Pro Desk to manage inbound orders, including pulling, tinting, and picking up paint. Assist contractors by mixing paint, collecting sundry tools, and ensuring quick store visits. Maintain accurate contact records in Salesforce and support the broader Home Depot team as a valued vendor partner. Occasionally lift up to 75 lb when handling paint or tools. Qualifications Outgoing and proactive communication skills with a positive attitude. Basic computer skills; experience with a customer‑relationship‑management system is a plus. Bilingual ability is a bonus but not required. High school diploma or GED equivalent. No prior painting or sales experience required—on‑the‑job training will be provided.
