Days, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM with coverage for one acute care weekend every 4-5 weeks.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a community hospital outpatient clinic. This role requires providing skilled therapy services, including evaluations and treatment plans for patients primarily in the adult and older adult populations. You will be responsible for managing a full caseload and addressing various conditions, including neurological and orthopedic cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in electronic health records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina or a compact license.
• Current BLS certification.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting, preferably with neuro and ortho experience.
