Movement Disorders Neurologist

Abrazo Medical Group, in partnership with Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Neurologist with Movement Disorders training to join an established outpatient neuroscience practice in Glendale, Arizona. This role is 100% outpatient, focusing on Movement Disorders, and offers an environment built around physician autonomy and subspecialty focus. The position is designed for a specialist seeking a sustainable, well-supported practice within a rapidly growing community.
Practice Info
- 100% outpatient Movement Disorders practice
- Adult patient population; estimated volume of ~25 patients per day
- Join a team of 7 neurologists and 2 neurosurgeons in a well-established group
- Established referral streams within a rapidly growing West Valley community
- Dedicated Medical Assistant support
- Authorization specialist to streamline prior approvals
Responsibilities
- Pursue subspecialty interests including Parkinson's, tremor, dystonia, and ataxia
Compensation

Shift & Schedule
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Call limited to your own patients only - phone-based, no in-house call
Requirements
- MD or DO required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Fellowship training in Movement Disorders preferred
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
- J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
