Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in labor and delivery.
• Assist with C-sections and other typical procedures such as inductions and AROM.
• Manage high-risk cases with appropriate interventions and monitoring.
• Utilize Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, and CPN monitors effectively.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records using Meditech/CPN.
• Work cohesively within a team nursing approach to ensure overall unit efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certifications.
• Experience in circulating C-sections is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Strong ability to manage high-risk labor and delivery scenarios.
• Proficiency in using clinical monitoring and recording technologies.
