Licensed Practical Nurse opening

Licensed Practical Nurse Spring River Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide support and assist residents in performing daily living activities. The LPN will support medical staff in administering care to patients and serve as a compassionate advocate for residents and their families. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality nursing care in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility standards. Assess, monitor, and document patients’ conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health maintenance. Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff in daily care activities. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and safety initiatives. Respond to medical emergencies and follow established protocols. Uphold professional standards, patient confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license by the State Board of Nursing. CPR Certified. Ability to provide compassionate, person‑centered care to residents with diverse physical and cognitive needs. Good collaboration and teamwork skills. Fast and adaptive problem‑solving abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with residents, families, and staff. A passion for providing compassionate, high‑quality care to seniors.
