Excelcare at Norwood is looking for a Korean Cook (식이요리사 ) is looking for a Korean Cook who takes pride in sharing the comfort, tradition, and care found in Korean home-style cooking. This role is perfect for someone who values culture, family-style meals, and the joy of preparing familiar Korean dishes that bring comfort and connection to our residents. You will play an important role in honoring Korean culinary traditions while following dietary and safety guidelines in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities of a Korean Cook (식이요리사 ):
Prepare traditional Korean meals that meet dietary and health requirements
Collaborate with dietary staff to plan weekly culturally appropriate menus
Maintain food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness
Communicate effectively with residents and staff in both Korean and English
Train others in Korean cuisine preparation as needed
Qualifications of a Korean Cook (식이요리사 ):
Professional experience in Korean cuisine, preferably in healthcare or institutional settings
Knowledge of Korean ingredients, cooking techniques, and elder dietary needs
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward older adults
