Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will perform assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate care across our not-for-profit network.
