Part-Time Social Media Specialist

Part-Time Social Media Specialist (Contractor) Location : Oconomowoc, WI — on-site at project locations (daytime shoots), with remote editing Hours : Approximately 5–10 hours per week Compensation : Hourly, commensurate with experience — approximately $30–$35/hour, depending on social media strategy and background. About the Role In Good Company is looking for a local, creative self-starter to film and create social media content showcasing our design projects. You'll visit active job sites, capture photo and video content, and turn it into polished posts for Instagram and Facebook. Responsibilities Visit active project sites in and around Lake Country to photograph and film work in progress and completed spaces. Edit photos and video into finished content using Canva (or similar tools), including music and captions. Maintain a consistent posting cadence across Instagram and Facebook. Collaborate with our design team to coordinate site visit timing and understand what to capture. Help maintain and evolve our brand voice and visual style across platforms. Qualifications Based in or near Oconomowoc, WI, / Lake Country with reliable transportation to project sites. Experience with social media reels, Tik Tok, photography and videography (portfolio and sample reels requested). Proficiency with Canva and other creative as well as AI programs. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest posting best practices. Strong eye for design and visual storytelling. Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working independently. A background in social media strategy, platform growth, or analytics is a plus and may qualify for a higher rate. #J-18808-Ljbffr In Good Company LLC
