Copy and Print Associate

New York, New York, United States On-site Position Print & Copy Operator – overnight production operator with expert-level management of high-volume copy and print workload from end to end with little to no supervision. What You'll Do Impeccable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work fully unsupervised. Ownership and accountability. High-volume copy production. Tab insertion. Volume / set creation. All finishing and bindery work, including coil binding, Velo binding, GBC binding, cutting, drilling, tabbing, collating, and related operations. Operating and maintaining high-volume production copiers/printers and finishing equipment. Quality control – inspecting completed work against job specifications for accuracy and completeness. Commercial and/or retail printing experience. High-volume printing experience in the legal space (law firm or legal services environment). Familiarity with job-ticketing / production tracking workflows and meeting strict, time-sensitive deadlines. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in office management, particularly Copy and Print responsibilities. Experience working independently with vendor management and office operations.
