Excellent opportunity for a full-time Board eligible/certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. This primary care (adult medicine) position will be located in Los Angeles, CA.

It is a physician owned, multi-specialty group in Los Angeles with a 100 year history of clinical excellence and more than 200 physicians who provide quality care to the growing population in Los Angeles County. We care for patients at ten clinical locations throughout the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Simi Valleys, including two urgent care centers and dedicated women's health centers.

The group has numerous committees and programs that facilitate not only improvements in patient care, but group operations as well. We also offer various leadership opportunities for physicians. Physicians are provided tools to help improve the care they offer and also to increase patient satisfaction. Physicians can also expect to receive consistent feedback on their performance in these areas.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a very competitive salary and full benefit package that includes medical/dental, life & disability insurance, and a very generous retirement plan. We also recognize the need to balance work and family life, so our fulltime physicians are only scheduled 4½ days per week; and we also provide generous paid time off. In addition, in support of our goal to secure the long term strength of our organization, we offer our hardworking and clinically strong physicians the opportunity to become a shareholder of our group.

The salary range for this position is $280,000 to $350,000 depending on experience and training, and may include productivity, quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
