Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Houston office. This role is essential in supporting client communications, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service while supporting internal operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
Provide accurate information regarding company services and client accounts
Maintain and update customer records with precision and confidentiality
Assist in resolving client concerns in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
Prepare reports, documentation, and service summaries as needed
Support administrative tasks related to client accounts and operations
