Overview Flynn Wendy’s is hiring Shift Leaders. We operate over 190 Wendy’s restaurants across multiple states and are part of Flynn Group, a premier family of brands. We seek motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills to lead a team, drive performance, and deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities Lead a shift to ensure efficient restaurant operations and excellent customer service. Establish and mentor a team, assign tasks, and help resolve problems as they arise. Increase profitability through effective team management and service quality. Provide mentorship and support to team members as needed. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to tackle problems proactively and collaboratively.
