Field Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate field service activities and support technicians/customers
- Troubleshoot and diagnose industrial equipment issues
- Review service reports and manage follow-ups
- Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
- Support office and documentation tasks as needed
- Travel extensively across the U.S. for service, maintenance, and startup projects
- 5+ years of industrial field service experience
- Experience leading or mentoring technicians
- Knowledge of PLC/HMI troubleshooting preferred
- Background in HVAC, burners, fans/blowers, thermal systems, or industrial equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with 50-90% travel
