Contract | Nights | 3x12s, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Adhere to facility attendance and scheduling policies, including making up any unplanned missed shifts to fulfill expected weekly hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• BLS certification required (must not expire within 30 days of start date)
• ACLS certification required (must not expire within 30 days of start date)
• PALS certification required (must not expire within 30 days of start date)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma Emergency Department
• Strong triage assessment and critical thinking skills in emergent care scenarios
