Shift: 12H Nights
Hours/Week: 36+ hours (4 days/week)
Employment Type: Contract RN
Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI or MOAB
Experience: Minimum 2 years ER experience required; first-time travelers must have 2 years of perm staff RN experience in acute care.

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations, including infants to end-of-life adults.
- Manage patients with varied acuity levels such as MedSurg, Stepdown, and ICU, including trauma stabilization and shipping.
- Interpret cardiac rhythms, manage ventilators and critical care drips, and perform acute interventions.
- Collaborate with ED physicians, hospitalists, and support teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Support activities like phlebotomy and assist with advanced patient care procedures.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, including safety and compliance standards, with unit orientation provided.
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license and certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI or MOAB
- At least 2 years of ER or acute care experience, with proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, and trauma response.
- Ability to pass an EKG competency exam prior to arrival.
- Experience in a fast-paced ED environment and handling trauma cases.
- Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.
