Compensation: Up to $25.00, Full-Time

As a Recreation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the recreation team and assisting the Recreation Manager at Everline Resort & Spa starting in December 2026. You'll oversee recreation facilities, ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. With creativity and curiosity you will work with recreation leadership to create and execute memorable and unique activities for our guests, owners, and community.

Everline Resort & Spa is located in California's Olympic Valley, providing a premier mountain getaway to North Lake Tahoe. The resort offers a year-round destination with ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, the third largest ski resort in North America, a championship golf, relaxing spa treatments and a wide range of recreational activities. Our sophisticated lodge environment perfectly complements its rugged surroundings and reflects the spirit of the region.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service.
• Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of previous recreation experience.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or resort environment preferred.
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to an indoor and outdoor working environment and the noise level in the work place is usually moderate to high.
• Typical equipment used include but are not limited radios, ice resurfacers, cleaning supplies, handheld devices, phones, and computers.
