Specialist, Deal Management Revenue Operations Atlanta

Job Overview Checkout.com is seeking two Deal Management Specialists to join our growing Revenue Operations team, based in either our New York City or Atlanta office. These roles are critical to driving regional and global growth within the Commercial department. How You’ll Make an Impact Own & Optimize Processes: Drive and adapt the execution of new sales operations workflows – designing lean, scalable processes that allow our Sales teams to spend less time on admin. Onboarding & Guidance: Provide proactive, end‑to‑end support to the Sales team and merchants to navigate and accelerate onboarding. Creative Problem Solving: Act as a strategic partner to the business, finding innovative solutions to meet client needs while strictly adhering to internal risk and compliance policies. Inbound Management: Manage and resolve inbound requests from the Sales team regarding client onboarding or complex profile reviews. Deal Integrity & Governance: Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation for complex deal structures and contracts, including creation and review of customer agreements. Operational Intelligence: Go beyond reporting – extract specific insights that drive immediate deal decisions, identify gaps in the commercial process, and propose fixes before problems scale. AI Implementation: Lead the rollout and iteration of AI‑powered workflows – deploying AI prompts and automations that reduce rep admin time, improve deal velocity, and increase operational efficiency. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with multidisciplinary internal teams, including Sales, Customer Onboarding, Legal, Risk, and Finance. Continuous Improvement: Lead impactful projects aimed at improving and automating current processes, defining scope, setting milestones, and shipping improvements on time. Team Growth: Act as a mentor and support the onboarding of new colleagues as our US operations scale. Qualifications Experience: 2-4 years in sales operations, deal desk, revenue operations, financial analysis, or a similar commercial operations role in a high‑growth environment. The Builder Profile: Prior experience in Deal Desk, RevOps, Finance, or technical project management; strong passion for building systems and processes that work. AI & Automation Enthusiast: Comfortable with AI tools and hands‑on experience deploying AI prompts and automations to optimize workflows. Systems Thinker: Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools, with an understanding of how systems connect to drive business outcomes. Hyper‑Detail Oriented: Uncompromising eye for accuracy, especially regarding data, legal contracts, and deal structures. Communication & Collaboration: Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to manage and influence senior, multidisciplinary stakeholders. Execution Under Pressure: Ability to transform vague operational requests into functional project plans with clear deadlines. Growth Mindset: Fast learner, humble, hungry to grow, and genuinely motivated by new challenges. The Pluses: Familiarity with payment processing/fintech industry and hands‑on experience with Salesforce are highly preferred.
