Exciting, Hands-On Work: Take on a fast-paced industrial environment where your mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills will be put to work every day. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems. Diagnosing equipment failures and performing root cause analysis. Replace bearings, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, conveyors, belts, chains, and other mechanical components. Install and align machinery using precision measuring equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480 VAC. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. Install conduit, wiring, electrical controls, motors, sensors, relays, contactors, and switches. Use multimeters, megohm meters, amp meters, and other electrical testing equipment. Troubleshoot VFDs, motor starters, control circuits, and electrical panels. Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment. Diagnose control system faults using HMI interfaces.
