satellite industries. With ten strategically located sites across the

United States, Valence provides a start to finish solution from NDT and

chemical processing, to paint and sub-assembly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and

• Apply primers, paints, and coatings to aircraft surfaces using spray

• Ensure the proper mixing and application of paint materials to

• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups or

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work

• Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and

• Maintain accurate records of paint usage and inventory.

• Proven experience as a painter, preferably in the aerospace

• Knowledge of various paint types, application techniques, and

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
