Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to join our team! As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide personalized ABA therapy and support to our clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
• Provide ABA therapy and support to clients in their natural environments, including homes and community settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Utilize evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies to increase functional skills, reduce problem behaviors, and promote social and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and staff development activities to stay current with best practices and improve outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field)
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and techniques
• Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• fidelity to ABA principles and the use of empirically-supported treatments
