Front Office Coordinators are the ambassadors for OrthoRehab Physical Therapy and play an important role in creating a positive, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

POSITION DETAILS: Location:

On site in Great Falls, MT Schedule:

Part-time (approx 8 hrs/wk) Wage:

$16-$18 DOE. Previous experience in a medical office, familiarity working with insurance processes and scheduling experience are considered when determining wage.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's license & clean driving record Experience providing exceptional customer service. Must be comfortable and confident communicating in person, over the phone and through written communication. Strong accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Proficient in computer skills, ability to effectively manage multiple applications and screens. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: (taken into consideration when determining wage) Medical office experience. Familiarity with insurance processes. Scheduling experience.
