Litigation Docketing Specialist (Remote PST | CompuLaw Required)

Trustpoint.One is seeking a Litigation Docketing Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity with a nationally recognized law firm. This full-time role offers an immediate start, remote flexibility, and compensation starting at $35/hour depending on experience.

Candidates located in California are preferred, but the firm is open to fully remote candidates able to work PST hours. This role may also sit onsite in Los Angeles or San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and calendar litigation deadlines in accordance with California Rules of Court, federal rules, and applicable state procedures
• Maintain accurate litigation calendars and court deadline tracking
• Review docketing requests and related filings for accuracy and completeness
• Generate docket reports and deadline summaries for attorneys and legal teams
• Monitor docketing inboxes and coordinate with case teams on time-sensitive updates
• Manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced legal environment

Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation docketing, legal calendaring, or litigation support experience preferred
• Experience with Aderant CompuLaw strongly preferred
• Knowledge of California Rules of Court required
• Experience supporting federal and state court litigation matters
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
