Koons Ford Lincoln of Annapolis is seeking a skilled and motivated body shop painter to join our fast-paced, high-quality collision center. We are committed to delivering top-tier craftsmanship and service to every customer, and we're looking for an experienced painter who takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
• Mix and match paint colors to factory specifications
• Apply paint to vehicles with precision and attention to detail
• Inspect finished jobs for quality and accuracy
• Maintain clean workspace and comply with safety regulations
• Collaborate with technicians, estimators, and management to ensure timely repairs
• Stay current with the latest paint application techniques and products

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive painter (2+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials
• Ability to perform color matching and blending
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications (a plus, but not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
