Quality Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all products, materials, and operations meet stringent company and legal production standards.

Quality Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Perform thorough visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to established specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Utilize various measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) accurately to verify product compliance.
• Document inspection results meticulously, identifying and reporting any non-conforming products or processes.
• Maintain accurate quality records and inspection logs.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Quality Lead Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role within a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production line operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and non-conformances.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for documenting findings and collaborating with teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.
