Housing program manager

Housing Programs Operations Manager. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee our Housing Programs rental division. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, supporting leasing agents, maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and ownership groups, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the rental process. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong communicator with leadership experience. Knowledge of NYC rentals, housing assistance programs, and voucher-based leasing is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Oversee daily workflow of the rental operations team. Support and guide leasing agents throughout the process. Maintain relationships with landlords, management companies, and clients. Ensure applications and documentation are handled efficiently. Monitor deal progress and resolve issues proactively. Help improve team structure and operational efficiency. Qualifications Leadership or management experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of NYC real estate and housing programs preferred.
