About us Fairy Tale Academy is currently seeking experienced, energetic, and friendly Teacher and Assistant Teacher to join our team working with children from infancy through Kindergarten. We are looking for individuals who will nurture and stimulate our children to be happy and successful. Our atmosphere promotes positive social interactions, learning through play, and hands-on educational activities. For over 25 years, the Fairy Tale Academy Day Care and Child Care Center in Upper Darby, PA, has provided thousands of children with essential skills through dedicated teachers, love, and support in a family-oriented environment. We offer child care for infants through toddlers and an advanced curriculum for children ages 2 through 6, with an after-school program available until 12 years old. Fairy Tale Academy supports an effective early childhood program that recognizes each child as a whole person, whose growth occurs in developmental stages that are uniquely individual and continuous. Our curriculum aligns with PA State Standards for Early Childhood Education. Our teachers work in a warm, nurturing environment that ensures physical and psychological safety. Teachers and parents collaborate to provide enriching learning experiences, fostering positive attitudes and dispositions toward learning. We have immediate openings for energetic and creative teachers with experience for our Keystone Stars Center. You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative.
