As a Forklift Operator in this role, you'll be essential in supporting daily warehouse operations. You'll collaborate closely with your team to meet production goals while maintaining high safety standards. What You'll Do As a Shift D Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for: Safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport products within the facility. Loading and unloading trucks to ensure on-time delivery and pickup schedules. Picking, packing, checking, and staging orders accurately, utilizing RF scanners or inventory systems. Stacking and storing materials in designated areas following established inventory procedures. Performing basic inspections and maintenance checks on equipment, reporting any issues promptly. Maintaining accurate production records and completing necessary documentation. Following all safety guidelines, reporting hazards, quality concerns, or operational issues. Collaborating with team members to meet overall production and shipping targets. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of forklift operating experience. Experience with RF scanners preferred. Basic proficiency in computer skills and math. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive procedures. The capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus). Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
