Director of DEIB and Recruiting - Broome

Who We Are: The Children's Home of Wyoming Conference partners with children, families and communities throughout New York State to inspire hope, develop skills and cultivate healthy relationships for positive futures. Position Summary: 57,000-61,000 a year The director will design, develop and implement strategic recruiting programs throughout the organization. This key position collaborates closely with the director of Human Resources and will serve as chair of the existing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee.
