You'll play a key role in maintaining our apartment community and creating a great experience for our residents.Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional mannerPerform apartment turns and make-ready maintenance for incoming residentsTroubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliancesComplete carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairsPerform interior and exterior maintenanceHelp maintain common areas, grounds, and shop areasConduct preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothlyParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule — 1 week every 2 weeksWhat We're Looking For: We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who can work independently, solve problems, and deliver quality work.1+ year of apartment maintenance or general maintenance experienceHVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferredExperience or working knowledge of: Plumbing (including copper pipe work)Electrical repairs, including outlets, fixtures, and switchesAppliance repairCarpentry, drywall, and paintingGas and electric water heater systemsValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAvailable Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus participation in the on-call rotationWhy Monarch: Monarch Investment & Management Group is more than just a place to work — it's a place to build a career.
