As a Field Installation Technician, you play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality Tires as a Service (TaaS) experience to our customers. You ensure that every hardware installation is completed with precision, care, and quality, contributing to the safety, performance, and long-term reliability of fleets. Your work has a direct impact on customer trust, operational excellence, and the success of our service offerings.

• Install TaaS hardware on customer vehicles in line with installation standards and timelines
• Prepare, configure, and test hardware before installation
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair as needed
• Coordinate installation schedules with fleet managers, workshops, and specialized technicians (e.g., ADR certified electricians)
• Support and guide third-party service providers during outsourced installations
• Manage the receipt, quality checks, storage, and monitoring of hardware inventory
• Ensure accurate hardware registration, documentation, and replenishment planning.
