Maintenance Manager Full Time Towson, MD, US Salary Range: $30.00 To $40.00 Hourly Job Summary The Maintenance Supervisor position, under limited supervision, performs work of routine difficulty maintenance; performs related work as assigned. Duties/Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on interior and exterior of buildings, as well as on company vehicles Contact and schedule vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and emergencies that are outside the scope of experience Monitor, order, and organize all necessary maintenance supplies Submit bids or estimates for labor when requested Respond to emergency calls from the company Test performance of in‑unit appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, and ovens Maintain a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due Work in a safe manner and recognize unsafe situations Take appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others in the building Work some weekend and/or evening hours as necessary and in emergency situations (holidays not required unless there is an emergency) Maintain communication with Director of Support Services and Executive Director Follow all policies and procedures of the agency Perform other related duties as assigned or requested #J-18808-Ljbffr Maryland Addiction Recovery Center
