WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Own and oversee complex partnership tax matters, including allocations, capital accounts and related federal tax considerations.
Manage key tax compliance and reporting processes while effectively leveraging and overseeing external advisors.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide tax guidance and support broader strategic initiatives.
Gain exposure to international tax, M&A, tax planning and other high-impact projects as the organization continues to evolve.

BACKGROUND THAT FITS

8+ years of progressive tax experience with strong federal partnership tax knowledge.
Corporate tax experience is highly attractive, although partnership-focused public accounting experience translates well.
Experience working within a complex, multi-entity environment and managing multiple tax workstreams.
A strong communicator who can operate independently, manage external advisors and confidently partner with senior stakeholders.
