You will have the opportunity to provide care to the underserved in our communities while practicing a wide scope family medicine with a multi-disciplinary approach. We are looking for Part Time or Full Time Family Nurse Practitioners to join the Team!

Salary: $135,500.00 - $161,300.00 full time annual salary.

***Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved***

Job Duties:

• Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting
• Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments

Experience and Skills
Qualifications:

• 5+ years outpatient experience.
• Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license.
• Board Certified.
• Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved
• Active Ca ID or Drivers License
