You'll:Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machinesWork alongside experienced Maintenance Technicians to learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problemsCheck and maintain coolant and oil levels on CNC equipmentChange filters and perform routine equipment maintenance throughout the facilityHelp maintain and repair shop and building equipment, including lighting, fans, air conditioning equipment, forklifts, cleaning equipment, and moreAssist with maintenance and repair projects throughout the shopHelp ensure machines and equipment meet safety requirementsPerform work using aerial lifts and other maintenance equipmentDevelop your knowledge of industrial maintenance, machine tools, electrical systems, mechanical troubleshooting, welding, and facility maintenanceYou'll Be a Great Fit If You:Have strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on workAre interested in CNC machinery, electrical wiring, mechanical troubleshooting, welding, and building maintenanceKnow how to safely use common hand and measuring toolsEnjoy solving problems and figuring out how equipment worksCan work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAre organized, dependable, and able to work well with othersAre comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the dayAre comfortable working at heights using a man liftEven Better If You Have:1+ year of experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environmentTechnical, vocational, or apprenticeship trainingPrevious exposure to CNC machineryKnowledge of industrial safety practicesDon't check every box?
