Ladder Sales Representative

Description Join a Team Where Service Comes First We are looking for a Ladder Sales Representative to join our team. This is a hands‑on sales and customer service role. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, has a strong attention to detail, and is motivated by finding solutions and building lasting customer relationships. The Ladder Sales Representative is responsible for supporting company sales goals by providing exceptional customer service, developing relationships with existing and prospective customers, and selling ladders, hardware, and related products. This position involves working directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate products, prepare pricing and proposals, process orders, follow up on opportunities, and ensure customers receive the products and service they expect. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, product knowledge, and consistent follow‑up. Identify and develop sales opportunities with existing and new customers using company‑provided leads, inquiries, and follow‑ups. Sell and support ladder and related product lines by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing accurate product information, pricing, quotes, discounts, and proposals. Process orders and customer information accurately, obtain missing details, and maintain organized customer and sales records. Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities to help convert inquiries into orders. Monitor, trace, and expedite orders while communicating updates, changes, delays, and other issues to customers. Maintain current knowledge of products, industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally while using sound judgment and diplomacy. Perform other related duties as assigned. Previous sales, customer service, inside sales, or related experience preferred. Experience with construction, building materials, ladders, hardware, industrial products, or a related industry is a plus, but not required.
