Travel Physical Therapist - $3,000 per week

Guaranteed 40 hours per week for the 13‑week contract. Float to Aspirus Ironwood Clinic as needed. One weekend per month on‑call with a minimum 2‑hour callback. Casual professional attire required. Use Epic EMR for charting and documentation. Evaluate, treat, and plan patient care according to Physical Therapy standards of practice. Document to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements. Treat diverse patient population including outpatient and inpatient mix across lifespan from pediatrics through geriatrics. Handle orthopedic cases (post‑op TKA, THA, TSA, etc.) and outpatient neurology cases. Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours. Qualifications Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Michigan State PT licensure. Minimum requirement of a Physical Therapy degree for new graduates. Certifications: AHA BLS, Michigan State PT Licensure, NPI number. Must live outside a 50‑mile radius from the facility.
