Accounting Manager

We are a manufacturer in West Memphis, AR looking for an Accounting Manager with a strong cost accounting background. About the Role As business continues to grow and scale, we are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to stabilize and own day-to-day accounting operations while strengthening the foundation needed to support a multi-site manufacturing organization. This role is a hands‑on accounting management position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, strong transactional discipline, and dependable accounting processes. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a smaller-company environment where breadth, accountability, and execution matter more than narrow specialization. The role is expected to bring sound judgement, leadership, initiative and structure to accounting operations, while developing the capability to assume expanded Controller‑level responsibilities over time.
