Corporate Recruiter $65-75k Overview Responsible for full-cycle recruiting to support Engineering and Information Technology hiring needs. Partners with business leaders to develop talent strategies, source and attract top talent, and drive hiring results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions. Partner with leaders and HR to develop recruiting strategies. Recruit for Engineering, IT, Project Management, and Product Management roles. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to drive hiring decisions. Lead talent acquisition initiatives and continuous process improvements. Manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment. Experience with high-volume recruiting. Experience recruiting technical talent, including mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze and present recruiting data and insights. Proven success in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Applied Sciences, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
