What You Will Be Doing:

• Truck Drivers check-in. Part of customer service to ensure shipping on time
• Preparing finished product to ship to customer. Adheres to performance standards in quality and quantity (checking for damages as well as count)
• Following warehouse and shipping procedures. Accurately records and stores finished goods in the warehouse. Accurately handles and records all corrugated products from receipt to storage and then to production
• Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse
• Ensure adherence to all safety practices like but not limited to: Forklift and dock doors safety check lists. Ensure usage of proper PPE. Communicate any unsafe conditions or behavior. Adherence to golden safety rules

• Number of Accidents, Near Misses, Observations of unsafe conditions/behaviors
• Inventory Accuracy
• Cycle Counting targets
• Warehouse Inspection Score (safety and housekeeping)
• On time deliveries

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution preferred
• Experience with Fork Lift/Clamp Truck machinery preferred
• Safety awareness and quality consciousness
