About AMS Growth OS

Advanced Marketing & Sales is a technology-enabled revenue operations platform designed for private-pay healthcare businesses.

We help practices generate more value from the leads they already have by improving speed-to-lead, automatically following up with prospects, reactivating dormant databases, reducing appointment no-shows, generating reviews, and improving the path from inquiry to booked consultation.

Our platform combines AI, automation, CRM technology, outbound prospecting and human revenue strategy into a managed growth system.

We are not looking to sell businesses “another CRM.”

We sell outcomes: more conversations, more booked consultations, recovered opportunities, better follow-up and measurable revenue growth.

AMS Growth OS is built on a productized software-plus-service model and is being developed for delivery in English, French and Haitian Creole.

The Opportunity

We are entering an important growth phase and are looking for an unusually resourceful Growth & Revenue Operations Manager to work directly with our founder.

This is not a traditional marketing-manager position .

You will not spend your day simply posting on social media, designing graphics or producing marketing reports.

You will help operate the company's revenue acquisition engine .

Your mission is straightforward:

Build, operate, measure and continuously improve an AI-assisted growth system capable of helping AMS Growth OS acquire clients.

You will work across prospecting, lead intelligence, AI personalization, outbound campaigns, CRM automation, database reactivation, appointment generation and revenue pipeline management.

The right candidate is part growth marketer, part RevOps operator, part automation thinker and part business developer.

What You Will Own
Prospecting & Lead Intelligence

You will identify high-potential private-pay healthcare businesses and decision-makers using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn and other research platforms.

You will:

• Build and maintain highly targeted prospect lists.
  
• Research companies and decision-makers.
  
• Verify and enrich prospect information.
  
• Segment prospects based on industry, size, opportunity and buying signals.
  
• Prioritize high-value accounts instead of relying on indiscriminate mass outreach.
  
• Maintain clean, usable prospect data.
  

Outbound Growth

You will help design and operate multichannel outbound campaigns using email, CRM automation, LinkedIn and other approved channels.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating targeted outbound campaigns.
  
• Managing Instantly and/or Smartlead campaigns.
  
• Developing personalized first-touch messages.
  
• Creating follow-up sequences.
  
• Monitoring replies.
  
• Identifying interested prospects.
  
• Qualifying opportunities.
  
• Booking qualified appointments.
  
• Continuously testing messaging, offers and targeting.
  

Success will not be measured by the number of emails sent.

It will be measured by qualified conversations, appointments, opportunities, clients and recurring revenue created.

GoHighLevel & Revenue Operations

GoHighLevel will be at the center of our revenue infrastructure.

You will help:

• Maintain CRM contacts and opportunities.
  
• Manage pipelines and opportunity stages.
  
• Build and maintain workflows.
  
• Create tags and segmentation logic.
  
• Configure forms and surveys.
  
• Automate lead follow-up.
  
• Build appointment reminders.
  
• Create database-reactivation campaigns.
  
• Monitor missed opportunities.
  
• Maintain accurate pipeline data.
  
• Develop revenue dashboards and reporting.
  

Strong GoHighLevel experience is highly desirable.

AI-Assisted Growth

Benefits

Base Salary: $38,000–$42,000 annually, depending on demonstrated experience and capabilities.

Additional Compensation: Performance-based incentives tied to measurable revenue outcomes.

Performance incentives may be associated with metrics such as qualified appointments, acquired managed clients and major growth milestones.

A strong performer should have an opportunity to earn meaningfully beyond base compensation as AMS Growth OS grows.
