Compensation: Starting at $70,000/year + Competitive Bonus Structure

Are you a high-energy leader with a passion for hospitality and a track record of driving results? One of the most iconic names in casual dining is looking for a General Manager to lead our team in Lawrence. We are a brand built on fun, connection, and great food, and we need a leader who can maintain a "guest-first" culture while managing a high-volume operation.

The Role

As the General Manager, you are the CEO of your restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from developing your team and ensuring top-tier food quality to managing P&L and local community engagement.

What You'll Do

Lead with Impact: Recruit, hire, and coach a diverse team, fostering an environment where everyone can grow.
Drive Excellence: Maintain the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service speed.
Manage the Business: Take full ownership of the restaurant's financial performance, including labor costs, inventory, and sales growth.
Build Connections: Ensure every guest feels like a regular through authentic hospitality and active floor management.

What We're Looking For

Experience: At least 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Leadership: A proven ability to develop talent and build a cohesive, motivated team.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L statements and the levers used to drive profitability.
Drive: A "make it happen" attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
