SAP Vertex Functional Consultant
Location: Austin, TX / Remote
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year + Benefits
Must Have Technical/Functional Skill: SAP Vertex functional Consultant, US taxation (Indirect tax)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAP–Vertex
- Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAP–Vertex integration
- Troubleshoot tax determination issues across Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance modules
- Analyze logs, RFC connectivity, and API calls between SAP and Vertex
- Ensure timely resolution as per SLA and document RCA
