For more than 20 years, WelcomeNewborn has partnered with hospitals across the country to provide professional newborn photography. Every day, we create beautiful first portraits while delivering a warm, stress-free experience for new families.

Pay & Schedule

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour base pay, plus 20% commission on sales and voluntary tips from appreciative families.
Average total earnings: $20-$30 per hour , with top performers earning even more.

We are looking to fill Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday shifts, starting at 9am, with availability for at least one weekend day required. 

Schedule:

• Part-time, average shifts are 4-5 hours.
• Shifts begin at 9:00 AM.
• Every other day schedule.
• One weekend day required.
• Additional availability may be considered.

About the Role
As a Newborn Photographer, you'll work independently in our partnered hospital, capturing precious first moments and creating an exceptional experience for every family.
This role combines photography, customer service, and sales in a rewarding environment where you can make a real difference for families during one of the most memorable times in their lives.

What You'll Do

• Photograph newborns and their families using professional equipment.
• Create a warm, friendly, and memorable experience for every family.
• Present photography packages and help families choose the option that's right for them.
• Edit and submit images using company software.
• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Build positive relationships with hospital staff while representing WelcomeNewborn professionally.

The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, has an eye for detail, and loves creating meaningful experiences.

• Have a passion for photography (portrait or newborn photography experience is a plus).
• Enjoy working with newborns and their families.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Are comfortable discussing products and making recommendations that help families preserve their memories.
• Work well independently and manage your time effectively.
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Are dependable, professional, and compassionate.
• Communicate confidently with families and hospital staff.

Requirements
Employment is contingent upon:

• Successful background check.
• Drug screening.
• Meeting hospital credentialing requirements, which may include immunizations, boosters, health screenings, or other medical documentation as required by the hospital.
