Your Role

As a Principal Learning Consultant, you will ensure that every learner in your assigned cohort experiences genuine enthusiasm for school, progresses at twice the traditional speed, and builds essential life skills. You will coach, mentor, and develop guides who deliver world‑class workshops.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and coach Guides to deliver Alpha’s workshops at world‑class standards
• Design Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
• Deliver consistent, actionable coaching to Guides to maximize student participation and outcomes
• Serve as a direct mentor to a small student cohort, demonstrating expert‑level coaching and motivational techniques

• Develop lesson plans – Guides support learning via adaptive applications; your priority is training them to become outstanding motivators
• Compromise on expectations – uphold the 100% success benchmark
• Run uninspiring professional development – you’ll lead dynamic, high‑impact, experiential learning sessions

Principal Learning Consultant Key Responsibilities

Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort experiences genuine enthusiasm for school, progresses at 2× traditional speed, and builds essential life skills. No exceptions.

Basic Requirements

• Located in or prepared to relocate for on‑site work at one of the Alpha campuses
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas
• Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a history of building, managing, and inspiring high‑performing teams
• Direct experience working with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings
• Competence in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

About Our Work

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 USD/hour, equaling $200 000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
