Rheumatologist Opportunity
Established outpatient rheumatology group in the Indianapolis area is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Rheumatologist. This collegial team includes two physicians, one advanced practice provider, and experienced staff caring for patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, and a wide range of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.
Job Description / What You Can Expect:
- Outpatient-only rheumatology practice
- Practice hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- 4-day workweek (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours administrative time)
- Average 1820 patients per day
- Strong primary care referral base with 150+ new patient referrals per month
- Dedicated MA support, including one MA focused on prior authorizations
- Access to multiple specialty services (PM&R, Neuroscience, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Pulmonology, Nephrology)
- Personalized mentorship from experienced rheumatology physicians
- No fibromyalgia or general pain management cases
Candidate Parameters / What We Need:
- MD or DO in good standing
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a team-based, collaborative environment
- New graduates and experienced physicians welcome to apply
