Emergency Medicine NP Locums Job in Louisiana Full-Time Beginning September 12 - Ongoing Assignment

Requirements
Active Louisiana license
Board Certified/Board Eligible
ATLS
ACLS
PALS
BLS

Assignment Details
Leadership position combining clinical practice with administrative and operational oversight
Serve as direct report to the Regional Director of NP/PA Services and collaborate with the facility Medical Director
Collaborate on financial and operational initiatives, including CDI, chart recovery, RVU trends, MIPS metrics, reimbursement opportunities, budgeting, and cost-savings initiatives
Maintain awareness of state-specific NP/PA practice regulations and compliance requirements
Support accreditation, certification, and recognition efforts for NP/PA providers
Annual ED Volume: 67,000
Coverage Model: 54.43 physician hours / 55.14 NP/PA hours
Hospital Beds: 365
ED Beds: 45
EMR: Epic
