Automotive Estimator/Auditor Specialist

Company Cox Automotive – USA. Position Estimator/Auditor II, Individual Contributor – Vehicle Operations. Work Location & Travel Must work at a specified Cox location. No remote option. Travel required: None. Compensation Hourly base pay: $0.00 – $0.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or incentive programs. Responsibilities Generate accurate and timely reconditioning estimates for body, detail, and mechanic services, including PSI. Include estimates for commercial, dealer, rental, retail customers, as well as lot or internal damage. Communicate estimates in required formats (electronic, email, written, etc.) to meet internal and external expectations. Work with Procurement/Purchasing staff to assure accurate pricing of parts and supplies. Monitor repair status, completion timelines, transportation, and customer communications related to approved estimates. Adhere to all safety and health procedures and model related behaviors. Participate in safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). 1 year of customer service experience (preferred). 1–3 years of collision and/or mechanical estimating experience (preferred). Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required. Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Effective verbal communication and customer service skills. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Basic and strong leadership skills preferred. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities required (close, distance, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment). Drug Testing Pre‑employment drug testing is required.
