THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced individual to engage with SAP as our Strategic Partner. In this role, you will be expected to lead the SAP partnership in EMEA, focused on generating and supporting new Software business via the SAP SOLEX program as well as the SAP Store. The primary focus is to promote the company’s cloud portfolio in SAP transformation programs. This is an indirect quota‑carrying role, where you will own the number for Syniti’s indirect software revenue, whether as SOLEX (primary sales motion) or SAP Store (secondary sales motion) across all Market Units in SAP’s EMEA One and MEE Regions. Working with the individual Syniti Account Executives, you will use your skills, experience, and contacts to maximize Syniti’s quarterly SAP software revenue. [ This role has been designated as a remote position, allowing qualified talent throughout the listed country to be considered for the opportunity. ]WHAT YOU WILL DO
Partner Management – Critical skill sets and experience include understanding of enterprise software sales, ability to create lasting and trusting relationships internally and externally, executing in a force multiplier capacity, and establishing a positive and collaborative team environment. This requires managing relations on a multi‑level scale, from senior executives to sales managers. Ensure consistent reporting to Syniti’s Senior Management team. Business Planning – Responsibility includes developing a suitable strategy, messaging, and positioning to support respective business and pipeline objectives in close cooperation with SAP, customers, and internal stakeholders. Own the development and delivery of comprehensive business plans to address SAP go‑to‑market channels (SOLEX, SAP Store, SAP Services, BTM, RISE, Industry, etc.) and support focused engagements like account planning, opportunity management, etc. Business Development – Develop and execute business development programs to drive the software pipeline through SAP. Orchestrate the activities and resources needed by Syniti to support relevant marketing initiatives and events, driven together with SAP across EMEA. Partner Enablement – Work with internal Syniti departments (Product, Value Engineering & Marketing) to ensure SAP Virtual Account Teams (VATs) are adequately enabled on Syniti’s portfolio messaging and value proposition. Opportunities Support – Be the executive sponsor on key SAP opportunities.WHAT IT TAKES
10+ years of experience in enterprise software and/or services organizations. Demonstrable track record in sales, business development, and/or partner management roles. Preferred working experience in the SAP arena, proven either as having worked at SAP or having worked at SAP Partners (GSSPs, Solution Extension Partners, etc.). Experience of working across multiple territories within EMEA. Acts as an expert and is recognized as a thought leader and evangelist in the SAP market. Relationship driven with strong interpersonal & communication skills, executive presence, and ability to build credibility with partner executives. Strong entrepreneurial attitude, being self‑driven and motivated. Understanding and experience in Data Management enterprise solutions is desired. Be fully aligned to our core values.CORE VALUES
