Payroll Operations Analyst - US & Canada

Edward Jones is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join the Payroll team in the Compensation Operations Department in Tempe, AZ. You will manage US multi-state payroll processing, ensure tax compliance, and partner with HR, Legal, Finance and Product teams to deliver accurate net pay and timely reports. The role requires 3–5+ years in accounting/finance, strong Excel, and payroll systems experience (PeopleSoft, ADP).
