Travel Physical Therapist - $2,205 per week

Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Houma, Louisiana. Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical therapy services to assigned patients in travel assignments. Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans. Document patient progress and outcomes using the assigned electronic medical record systems. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active State License is required to start the assignment. BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC. No new grads.
